During delivery your ordered item is insured from losses and damages -
For standard orders, we deliver your order within 24 hours in Nairobi and its environs and within 72 hours outside Nairobi -
For products being shipped from outside the country we try our best to deliver within the shortest time possible -
In case there are delays caused by situations beyond our control we shall notify you immediately -
For orders made during weekends and public holidays we make delivery arrangements on the following working day -
